I started travelling when I’d just graduated. I had a year before starting a job in the big smoke, and had my heart set on seeing Machu Picchu. So, I got myself a job, saved hard, and wandered into my local STA Travel to arrange a flight to Peru. I came out with a RTW ticket and a trip lasting 5 months. I came home with the travel bug.

Since then, I’ve been lucky enough to have visited 6 continents and lived on 3. My passport is never far away. The more I see the more I realise there is to see and my list of places to visit is getting longer. Beaches, mountains, deserts – all have amazing experiences to offer and appeal in different ways.

I started this as I found myself relishing the thought of researching and booking holidays – whether they be weekends or longer trips. I was also being asked for recommendations for locations, hotels and things to do by friends and family. The thrill of finding flights, boutique hotels, of planning activities and either travelling solo or taking my friends on amazing adventures, never feels like a chore. With all the knowledge I’d accumulated, I realised that you might benefit from the time I’ve spent creating the perfect holidays.
